A beautiful and very varied species from West Africa with leaves of green to red-brown and varying numbers of purple spots. Can grow from 20-80 cm tall. Before forming floating leaves Nymphaea lotus (zenkeri) forms many underwater leaves. If you don't want floating leaves, prune the roots and leaves. The beautiful, aromatic flowers can be fully appreciated in open aquariums. A nutritious bottom encourages growth. Often available in a red and a green variety. Recommended as a solitary plant for large aquariums. 

이 수초는 서아프리카에서 왔으며, 아름답고 매우 다양한 종이다. 잎은 녹색에서 작갈색, 다양한 수의 보라색 반점이 있다.  이 수초는 20-80 cm까지 자랄 수 있다. 타이거 로터스는 수상엽을 형성하기 전에 많은 수중엽을 먼저 형성한다. 만약 수상엽을 원치않으면, 뿌리와 잎을 가지치기 해주면 된다. 이 아름다운 아로마 꽃은 오픈 수조에서 감상할 수 있다. 영양분이 풍부한 바닥은 성장하는 것을 많이 도와준다. 붉은색과 녹색 종이 있다. 큰 어항을 위한 단정(줄기하나에 잎 하나)식물로 추천한다.
