Bacopa caroliniana originates from the US and has been used as an aquarium plant for many years. Stems become 10-30 cm long and 3-4 cm wide. Apart from relatively good light, it makes few demands. Its slow growth rate makes it one of the few stem plants that do not need much attention. Like most stem plants, it is most decorative when planted in small groups. Easy to propagate by cuttings; take a side shoot and plant it in the bottom.

바코파 캐롤리아나(일명: 워터바코바)는 미국에서 왔으며, 오랫동안 아쿠아리움 수초로 사용했다. 줄기의 길이는 10-30cm이며, 너비는 3-4cm 정도이다. 상대적으로 어느정도의 광량을 제외하고는 신경써줄 필요가 없다. 성장 속도가 느리기 때문에, 특별한 주의 없이 키울 수 있는 줄기 식물 중 하나 입니다. 대부분의 줄기 식물과 마찬가지로 소규모 그룹으로 심어주면 가장 보기 좋습니다. 줄기를 잘라서 쉽게 번식시킬 수 잇으며, 심을 때는 측면에서 바닥으로 삽입하는 것이 좋습니다.
