Asian Flame moss got its name from its form of growth. Tight, vertical growing and light undulation shoots give the impression of a deep green campfire, 5-15 cm high. The very special form makes Flame moss extremely suitable for horizontal surfaces and it only spreads slowly horizontally. A lovely result is achieved by binding the moss to small stones or in small bundles on tree roots.

아시아 불꽃 모스는 그 성장 형태에서 이름을 따왔다. 단단하고 수직으로 자라며, 파도모양 새싹이 짙은 녹색 캠프파이러를 연상케 한다. 불꽃 모스는 특히, 수평면이 잘 어울리며 천천히 수평으로 번식한다. 이 불꽃 모스는 돌이나 작은 나무 뿌리 조각같은 곳과 같이 묶으면 정말로 멋진 결과를 얻을 수 있다.
