'Reni' is a well-known cultivar characterized by being amongst the smallest of the red Echinodorus, 15-40 cm tall and rosette from 15-25 wide. The new leaves of the plant are reddish-brown to deep beetroot in color. It can be used in small aquariums and is unpretentious. The plant requires a lot of light and nourishment for optimal color development.

'레니'는 가장 작은 레드(붉은) 에키노도루스로 잘 알려진 재배종이다. 이 수초는 15-40 cm 의 크기와 15-25 cm 로제트 너비이다. 이 수초는 새 잎부터 깊은 뿌리까지  적갈색이다. 이 수초는 작은 수조에 많이 사용 되며, 평범한 수초이다. 이 수초는 최적의 발색을 위해 높은 광량과 영양이 필요하다.
